InSite is a leading clinical trial site in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex with expertise in inpatient and outpatient clinical trials for psychiatric and neurologic illnesses, including schizophrenia, substance use disorder, and bipolar disorder. Provident’s deal team was led by Managing Director Michael Patton and Vice President Conor Duffey. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
