Rich Sciretta is a Director at Provident Healthcare Partners, and has been with the firm since 2018.
Rich is responsible for accurate and in-depth financial analysis and valuation, deal execution, due diligence, and industry and company research. He is actively involved during all stages of the transaction process, from deal inception through due diligence and closing.
Prior to joining Provident, Rich worked as a Vice President in Duff & Phelps’ Transaction Services practice, where he advised private equity and corporate clients on buy-side and sell-side due diligence engagements.
Rich holds a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Connecticut. He is an actively licensed CPA, and holds his Series 79 and 63 licenses. He also is an avid Boston sports fan, and enjoys golfing and playing hockey in his spare time.
