Rebecca Leiba is a Senior Managing Director at Provident Healthcare Partners, and has been part of the firm since 1998.

Rebecca is responsible for leading due diligence, orchestrating interactions between buyers, clients, attorneys, CPAs and consultants through the entire transaction process.  She is responsible for the creation and continual improvement of the Company’s IT programs, including on-line datarooms and CRM platforms. Rebecca also leads the Human Resources department within Provident.

Rebecca is the recipient of the Sigma Delta Tau National Scholarship award. She was nominated as the “Woman Dealmaker of the Year” at the M&A awards in 2003 and 2005, and selected as a Winner of the Annual 40 under 40 M&A Advisor Awards in 2014. In 2021, she won “Women Dealmaker of the Year” at the Annual USA Middle Market Awards.

Prior to joining Provident, Rebecca worked as a Director for the investment banking firm Boston Bay Partners, LLC, and began her career in healthcare at Cornell Medical Hospital.

Rebecca holds a degree from Brandeis University, where she majored in Biology, English and Pre-Medicine, and has continued her education with courses from Boston University, Harvard University, and Vanderbilt University.

Rebecca lives in Las Vegas, Nevada, with her husband and two boys. She is involved with a number of charitable organizations and enjoys hiking, swimming, tennis, traveling, and yoga.
