Cooper Ash

Cooper Ash is an Analyst at Provident Healthcare Partners.

Cooper supports senior management and deal teams throughout the entirety of the M&A process. His primary responsibilities include performing financial analysis, developing marketing materials, and conducting research across various healthcare services verticals.

Prior to joining Provident, Cooper worked at SSG Capital Advisors, where he advised on distressed or otherwise special situation transactions including M&A, financial restructurings, recapitalizations, and private placements of debt and equity.

Cooper holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Babson College.
