Q1-2018 Veterinary Services Update– Private equity-backed consolidators continue to drive deal flow within the veterinary services space, a trend that is not expected to slow down heading into the second quarter of 2018.

Q4-2017 Veterinary Industry Update– One of the most active sectors in healthcare throughout 2017, veterinary services continued to see strong investment and consolidation activity in the fourth quarter. The largest transactions were, once again, led by private equity firms, as KKR & Co. L.P., Shore Capital Partners, and Morgan Stanley Global Private Equity deployed significant additional capital into the sector.
