Q4-2017 Veterinary Industry Update– One of the most active sectors in healthcare throughout 2017, veterinary services continued to see strong investment and consolidation activity in the fourth quarter. The largest transactions were, once again, led by private equity firms, as KKR & Co. L.P., Shore Capital Partners, and Morgan Stanley Global Private Equity deployed significant additional capital into the sector.

Q3-2017 Veterinary Industry Update– The veterinary services market continues to consolidate at a rapid pace, with both new entrants and long-tenured brands completing acquisitions in the third quarter.

Q2-2017 Veterinary Industry Update– Consolidation of practices into corporate chains continued in the second quarter, as private equity-backed veterinary practice management companies try to leverage their greater access to back-office capabilities, in order to create more efficient operations.
