Analyst Prerequisite
Provident is currently seeking highly motivated college graduates for entry-level analyst positions. Analysts are exposed to a wide range of Investment Banking operations, specifically in healthcare Mergers & Acquisitions. Analysts will rapidly develop their business skills through hands-on involvement in the Investment Banking process through direct interaction with clients and senior management.
The ideal candidate will posses the following traits:
-Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
-Superlative time management
-Ability to adapt imaginatively and effectively to fast-changing assignments
-Solid quantitative abilities
-Strong verbal and written communication skills
-Proficient computer skills
Analyst Role
Analysts are exposed to a variety of assignments, predominantly in the healthcare
sector. Analysts are provided with a significant level of responsibility and will assist, as well as report to senior-level management. All analysts begin their employment with an intensive training session. This training introduces them to our Firm and our team-oriented approach in conjunction with teaching them the skills they will need both technically and intellectually to succeed in a rapidly evolving market. A background in finance or business is beneficial but not required.
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
-Industry research
-Preparation of marketing materials
-Analysis of both potential and existing clients
-Track industry performance
-Reporting on market findings
