From Logan Airport

Via Taxi Cab:
Provident Healthcare Partners is less than two miles from Logan Airport. The fare should be less than $20.00 and the ride will take 15-20 minutes depending upon traffic conditions.

Via Automobile:
Leaving the Airport, follow signs to Boston and the Sumner Tunnel. When entering the tunnel, make sure to be in the right hand lane. When the tunnel ends, make an immediate right turn onto Hanover Street (almost a U-turn parallel to the tunnel). Continue going straight until the end. Make a right turn onto Commercial Street. Follow straight for ¼ of a mile. The street will bear right and lead you to Surface Road. Turn left at the light onto Surface Road. Follow signs for the Aquarium (coming up shortly on your left). Turn into the Boston Harbor Parking Garage just before the Aquarium. After walking out of the garage, turn left and walk across the street to Surface Road. Turn right and walk to the next block. This is State Street; turn left onto it. The door to our building is the 5th on the left.

From the South: South Shore, Cape Cod & Rhode Island:
Take Route 95 North (from R.I.) or Route 3 North (From Cape Cod) to route 93 North. Take Exit #24A South Station, follow the ramp to the stop light and go straight through the lights. This is Atlantic Avenue. Follow straight through several sets of lights and head towards signs for the Aquarium (coming up shortly on your right). Turn into the Boston Harbor Parking Garage just before the Aquarium. After walking out of the garage, turn left and walk across the street to Surface Road. Turn right and walk to the next block. This is State Street; turn left onto it. The door to our building is the 5th on the left.

From the North: North Shore, New Hampshire & Maine:
Take Route 95 South or Route 1 South to Route 93 South over the Zakim Bridge into the tunnel. Take Exit #24A, Government Center. Follow the ramp and take a left at the lights onto Surface Road, follow Surface Road, take a Left onto Milk Street. Turn into the Boston Harbor Parking Garage, on your right, just before the Aquarium. After walking out of the garage, turn left and walk across the street to Surface Road. Turn right and walk to the next block. This is State Street; turn left onto it. The door to our building is the 5th on the left.

From the West: Western, MA, Connecticut, New York & New Jersey:
Take 84 East from Connecticut. Take 91 North from NY/NJ to Route 90 East, the Mass. Pike. Follow Route 90 East to the end towards the Fitzgerald Expressway, Route 93. Bear left to 93 North Take Exit #24A South Station, follow the ramp to the stop light and go straight through the lights. This is Atlantic Avenue. From Route 2:
Take Route 2 to Fresh Pond Parkway and onto Storrow Drive East. Follow Storrow Drive East to Boston. At the end, merge onto 93 South. Go to directions from the North.

From Public Transportation/The 'T':

Take the Blue Line and get off at the Aquarium stop. Take the stairs that direct you towards Fanuieil Hall/Quincy Market. PHP is at 183 State Street, between the Dockside restaurant and the Harborside Inn.

Take the Green Line and get off at the Government Center stop.  Walk down Court Street, which turns into State Street. (5 minute walk down State Street - PHP is on the right side of the street at 183 State Street.)

Take the Orange Line and get off at the State Street stop. (2 minute walk down State Street - PHP is on the right side of the street at 183 State Street.)
