Provident offers its full-time employees a comprehensive benefits package that gives the employee the greatest flexibility and convenience. This is a brief summary of Provident's benefits. All full-time employees are eligible from date of hire, unless notedotherwise. This summary is not intended as a full description of each plan. Provident reserves the right to eliminate, modify or interpret any of the benefit plans described herein at any time.
Health Insurance
Provident's health insurance plan is an HMO sponsored by Harvard Pilgrim.The Company pays 100% of the cost of plan cost for its full-time employees.
Dental Insurance
Provident offers its full-time employees a complete dental package with Delta Dental. The Company pays 100% of the cost of the plan.
Vision Insurance
Vision is covered under Provident's health care plan.
401(k) Plan
Provident offers employees the opportunity to save pre-tax dollars through a 401(k) Plan (6-month grace period applies). The Company also provides a 100% match up to a maximum of 6%.
Commuter Reimbursement Accounts
Provident reimburses full and part-time employees for their mass transit expenses.
Profit-Sharing Plan
Provident has developed a profit-sharing plan for its employees based upon the overall success of the Company as well as individual performance.
